Working safely is a condition of employment and also a condition of the contract between SMARF Logistics and its contract personnel. Our goal is to consistently deliver zero-defect customer service with no harm to people, property or the environment. “Safety is our priority” and that is why we work hard to maintain our safety score as low as possible, so we will represent a high qualified safety company. Our main purpose is to educate our employees to understand that the most important thing for a successful company is a “healthy” team – a team that will always be based on working together, understanding each other and, most importantly, be always committed to all safety regulations and rules. We care about our employees and that is the reason we pay so much attention to their physical and moral aspects.
Company Drivers
• PAY:
- 55 CPM for start
- 60 CPM after 3 months
• Pay raise - 2 CPM after 3 months.
• We pay all miles, empty & loaded.
• 3500 miles per week average.
• Paid extra stops - $50.
• paid layovers - $150.
• Weekly direct deposit.
• 1099 Tax Form.
• We run KS, IL, WI, TX, AZ, MN, IA, NE, CO, NM, IN, TN, MO.
• Mostly Full Truck Loads.
• 30% for partials.
• Home - every 10 days.
• Paid vacation.
• Friendly, professional, experienced, US-based dispatch.
• Passenger & pet policy.
• We pay your flight & accomodation.
BONUSES
• Sign Up Bonus - $500 after 6 months.
• Referral Bonus - $500 after 6 months.

• 2016 - 2020 International trucks:
- Manual & automatic transmissions.
- Governed at 70 mph.
- Equipped with AP unit, inverter, dash cam, fridge.
- Trackensure ELDs.
• 2019 Dry Van trailers.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Class A CDL.
• 22 + years old.
• 2 + CDL-A experience.
• Good driving record.
• Maximum 1 moving violation in the last 3 years.
